Locations

IWIRC has two convenient locations. The first is in Peoria’s historic downtown warehouse district.  This facility occupies 6,000 square feet, housing an occupational health medical facility, a 2,500 square feet rehabilitation facility including industrial rehabilitation and onsite diagnostics.  The second location opened in December of 2007 on North Knoxville Avenue, just South of the Knoxville Avenue and Pioneer Parkway intersection, offering the same services.
